Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories. We're proud to ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, and DPO). Use "United States" as the country, enter APO, FPO, or DPO as the city, and AA, AE, or AP as the state.
Outside the US? Email shop@joejosts.com and we’ll see what we can do.
Shipping options and cost
Orders of $50 or more ship free with standard ground shipping. For orders under $50, shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout. Faster options are available at checkout if you need it sooner:
- Standard ground: free over $50, flat rate under $50
- Priority: shown at checkout
- Overnight: shown at checkout
Military addresses ship by USPS. Faster options may not be available for those addresses, and delivery times depend on the military mail system once your package leaves the US.
Processing time
Orders ship from our warehouse in Long Beach, California within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery estimates
Standard ground usually arrives in 3 to 7 business days after it ships. Priority usually arrives in 2 to 3 business days. Overnight arrives the next business day for most addresses. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address before you place the order. If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipping, and the cost of reshipping is the customer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a day early. If it still hasn't turned up after 3 business days, email shop@joejosts.com and we'll help track it down.
